Today I am participating in Tablescape Thursday, hosted by Susan at http://betweennapsontheporch.blogspot.com/.
My tablescape today is not actually on the table, but it is dishes, so I hope that is ok. I'm ready to get my bunnies out!
The dishes are part of a little tea set with dessert plates that I bought at auction several years ago.
I love the detail and texture of these pieces, and the delicate little flowers. They are marked Crown Ducal Florentine England on the bottom. When I saw them I knew I had to have them. I forget what I paid, I think somewhere around $15 for the set, including about 8 cups and saucers as well as dessert plates and the creamer and sugar. All are in perfect condition.
In other news, I went inside my new house today after work and was able to have a long look around on my own. I took my camera and I guess I got a little carried away because I took 68 photos! Drywall is all hung, taped, mudded and sanded, and my kitchen cabinets are up just as I suspected. They are doing the interior painting and the trim yet this week, then we are really getting down to the nitty gritty of finish work. Can't wait!
Have a happy Thursday! And Happy Bunnyscaping!

What a pretty and only $15?!!! Wow!
How exciting to do a walk through. Can you just envision how it will look and how you'll decorate. Oh fun!
Tracy,
Thanks so much for visiting me on Three or More Tuesday. I am a little late in making my rounds so please forgive me! :-0
Your bunny is a work of art. I hope you leave him out all year. He would look perfect anywhere! You definatly got a great deal on the china. I just love tiny little flowers on yellowed china. Have you thought about trying to finish up the set? I'm a total clutz with e-bay, but it is supposed to be much cheaper than Replacements.com.
I'm so excited for you and the new house. I can feel your anticipation! Who wouldn't want a place to call their own! And you are going to have so much fun decorating and putting your own stamp on it. Gosh, I wish I was there to help! Best of luck to you!
xoxo,
Janie

Your set of dishes are stunning, and I cannot believe they were that reasonably priced!!! I would have purchased them as well. Your little bunny is also very adorable.
Very cute arrangement. I am ready for Spring so your bunny has reminded me to pull out a few bunnies of my own. Love the dishes too. Congratulations on your new home! Love, Paula
