It's done, I officially own my own home. Yesterday the girls went to settlement with me and then we went straight in for a look around before we start piling in all of our stuff.

It was a very exciting day but by evening I was tired and cranky, and my back hurt! But today is another exciting day and the movers will be here in a hour. I must go do the 8 million things I need to do today... Have a nice weekend everyone!

YIPPEEEEE!!!! Tracy - the house is gorgeous! Love that kitchen with the black appliances and I would kill for a sunroom! Your daughters look so happy - what a wonderful time for all of you. Good luck moving in and don't forget to take some Advil - you're gonna need it! Love, Kim
Guess what? The characters I just had to type in to leave my comment were MOVENHUN!!! Isn't that too funny?! What a coinkidink!
Yeah for you! Can't wait to see pictures of the house when it is decorated with your amazing touch!! Congrats!

OMGosh Tracy! I'm so excited for you and want to say CONGRATULATIONS!!! I feel like I've made the journey with you (the easy parts!) and am so excited to see how you make this place "your own" and bring it to "life".
I knwo it will look fabulous and want to thank you again for letting me tag along :0)
I can just imagine how excited the girls are.
Tracy, yes!!! Your own home! I hope that all goes well and you have all the fun decorating to your heart's content so you can quickly make it a home!
I love the kitchen. Maybe someday, I can own my own home, too!
Congratulations!!!
Yay Tracy!!
Have fun with the move, and try not to do too much at once.
Can't wait to see it with your things in it.
Lisa
Yeah!!!!! Congratulations. Live in it in good health.
I am looking forward to the decorating. As for the big, puffy duvets, I never washed mine. It was in the laundry room for years. I was too lazy to take it to a laundry, and it would not fit in my washing machine. I would imagine you aren't lazy like I am, so you should do well with washing one. I think if you place a few tennis balls in the dryer it should poof right up.
Congratulations!
when you move to a new house you will have a lot of responsibilities. When we changed into our present house I saw them busy running here and there like anything. Hope you will be too lately.
Cheers!
